Punishment for those not wearing nose masks in Ghana. Video of someone being lashed for not wearing a nose mask.

 Due to the outbreak of the corona virus pandemic and the daily rise in the the infested persons. Security personnel have come out with different forms of punishment for those who do not wear face masks. They say that people do not obey rules and regulations and do not want to adhere to the corona virus lay down  protocols, wearing of nose masks, frequent washing of hands and social distancing, therefore have soughed give out Instant Caine lashes to to those who disobey. So when getting out of the house, remember to wear your nose masks or be prepared to be arrested and be sent to court, pay a fine or be lashes at the back for an unknown strokes.  See someone being lashed by a security personnel
